At Nadgio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

🔄 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nadgio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost may be deducted from your refund.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at your@email.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
